Blog #7 “The Seven Year Hitch”

"Two best friends accidentally take their relationship to the next level and suddenly find themselves saying I do."

Introduction: 

            Jennifer and Kevin have been inseparable since becoming best friends at age six. So when Jennifer graduates from college and begins building a career in charity, she thinks it's only right to let Kevin live in her newly purchased house until he gets back on his feet. Because of their friendship they treat each other like true relatives.

Rising Action:

            Seven years later, Jennifer is continuing her career ladder while Kevin is still golf caddying and waiting for his big break in short no permanent job yet. Jennifer is happy to let Kevin march to his own beat, but her new boyfriend, arrogant corporate manipulator Bryce, wants her to kick Kevin to her house because they are getting married.

Conflict:

            Kevin saw Bryce cheating and is determined to spare Jennifer an unhappily ever after experience. Kevin tried to manipulate things and he tried to say it to Jennifer but her boyfriend stop him and they beat each other.

Climax:

            Kevin finds out he is legally married to Jennifer in a common law marriage after living together for exactly seven years. With a little help from his brother who is in law school and their neighbour.  And he confessed her feelings to Jennifer but Jennifer don’t know her feelings  yet

Falling Action:

            Bryce found out that Kevin and Jennifer we’re married form their 7 years of living but it also ended up. They finished the contract. Bryce and Jennifer we’re now getting married and then she realized what the true colors of Bryce.

Resolution:

            Jennifer finally decided that she’s been in love with her bestfriends. She clear things up and confessed her feelings finally to Kevin. Two best friends accidentally take their relationship to the next level and suddenly find themselves saying 'I do.'

Summary:

              Smart, fun-loving  Kevin never concentrated on a career, so he remained a frolickingly caddy, unlike his best friend since childhood, Jennifer, who eagerly hosts him as perfect confident, free housekeeper and loving dog-sitter. Now Jen's ruthlessly ambitious colleague Bryce, who needs a suitable wife for promotion to senior partner, proposes to her. Kevin knows it's not love but can't convince her, so he tries his equally Brother Jeremy's legal advice to invoke a quaint customary law definition allowing him to prove he's married to Jen. So 7 years ago they truly married each other. By having the friendship ring as an evidence people surrounds them actually believe. Jennifer and Kevin have been inseparably since becoming best friends at age six. So when Jennifer graduates from college and begins building a career in charity, she thinks it's only right to Kevin live in her newly purchased house until he gets back on his feet. But when Bryce proposed to Jennifer so quickly things messed up. And so their marriage will be the base on how they’ll handle their life. It’s started when Kevin see how quietly Bryce cheats to Jennifer. Kevin started to confess her feelings and showed how he seriously love Jennifer. But Jennifer rejected it fastly and she wanted to end their friendship-marriage quickly. Because of this Jennifer didn’t expect things will go on that way. She obviously sees how skilfully Kevin is. And the day that Bryce wants to make things  go easily, and wants to marry Jennifer so badly with no preparations at all, Jennifer then lately understand the he is madly and deeply in love with her bestfriend. Ultimately, feelings and truth take over.

Blog #4 (How do you want people to remember you most?) For Who I Am

                  Strong, brave and optimistic person. That's what I want to be remember. It's not about the achievements that I will get but it's about the good qualities I'll share for everyone. In the first place, I am not that kind of person who is known for my talents or even with popularity. Legacy in not a big word for me. It's just a simple reminder but powerful word to remember that each of us must achieve not that so high or low but a great one act. Act like good qualities that will lead me to success. That what I believe about legacy.

                   Second, I want also people to remember me for surpassing and fighting to all of my problems in life without using money for doing such ungrateful things and to act like I'm the best.
I want them to remember me as simple as being a friend that you can lean on that I can willingly give the best advices of mine. Tho, not all people will remember my good deeds but at least they can appreciate good things that I had shared to them. Just like having my own legacy, we can do it as simple as this. Facing the reality, being true to yourself and influencing them in a good way is what leagacy for me.

                   Most important with this is, remembering you most is similarly loving you for who you are not what you have or achieve only. With these, I will just continue my legacy with my positive traits for them to realize  we can make our own legacy just by doing simple and good things in life. Because in my life, it makes me that much stronger to make my own legacy: "I'm dance to express not to impress" is like "Shake it out your feelings but not to intimidate others".

Blog #3 (You don't know how many times I wish) C-H-E-R-I-S-H Y-O-U

Cherish You


                     CHERISH is the word that I use to describe for the feeling that I had. This word is not enough to describe how much I adore and admire mu mother. It's not about her achievements that counts, its about being a great mother. Being a mother is the hardest part of her life but she was able to face it.

                      To begin with, I would like to introduce my mother. She is Ridela R. Pescasio, 57 years old. At first, she studied in Far Eastern University for her first year and then she finished her college in University of the East. She wanted to continue her teaching career besides it is her dream and that's her course; but since she have 2 kids at that time she can't handle her dream yet. Short tempered person; but optimist in every aspects of life. Instead of pursuing her dreams she decided to take care of my older brother and sister on that time. Open minded, strict, and very straight forward: Woman she is, that's why my older brother and sister love our mother. Yes, very realistic woman sometimes I feel intimidate because me and my mother are similarly. It's like what they so called carbon copy. We're look-alike and her positive and negative characteristics, yes, I inherited that all. Curly hair,  fair skin tone, brown eyes and good looking: Her physical characteristics dances and will impress you. Most important she possesses true and meaningful role of being a mother.

                       My mother is the most expensive and precious gift from God. Why? It is simply because, first no one can be better or even beat her for being my mother. Second, unimaginable and extraordinary efforts she shared with us. Third, everlasting care, love and support she showed to us. Then, a great and powerful words she taught to us.

                     Fourteen years of taking care of me, fourteen years of sacrificing to me, fourteen years of nonstop love and care you showed and fourteen years of being a great mother: Her precious times that I am honored that she spend it with me. Hard headed person like me and still you love me no matter what.

                         Thank you my idol, thank you for being my mother. Thank you for being strong hearted for us. I will always cherish the thoughts of always having you here by my side. And if I could change the world and go back to the past, I will let her read this and will proudly to shout, "Hey 'nanay', you are the best I love you so much!".

                                                                                              

Blog #2 (Extraordinary Stage In Life) But if I close my eyes, does it almost feel like nothing's changed at all?

Everybody’s been there

Everybody’s been stared down

No one can change your life except for you

Maybe there’s a way out of this cage

Where I suffered at first

I've got no one to blame for my unhappiness
I know that there is pain

I got myself into my own mess

Let my words be anything but empty

But is it really fair to feel this way inside?

And if I close my eyes, does it almost feel like nothing's changed at all?

Someday somebody's gonna make you want to

Turn around and say goodbye 
until then are you going to let them and make you cry?

Then I know things can change

Taking this as challenge

I’m never gonna give it up

Things'll go my way

Blog #1 (Do They Know It's Been?) It’s Been a Hard Day’s Night

                     First week of June looks like we’ve passed this first week of being a junior. It seems that we step a new level in life. Level like this, level that we must surpassed. It’s been the mind set for me since I was in Grade 7. Questions like, how can I overcome those trials in my life? How will I be able to maintain here in Cavite National Science High School? I’m just so happy that my first week being a junior is good and it feels like I’ve overcome my fear and I feel proud to myself.

 

                      The first week is not that so easy we took diagnostic test and for me that was speed test because we are able to answer it quickly ,and to be honest we have many requirements and even in weekends we still have to work on our requirements. But I’m not surprised at all it was normal to have that kind of work. We are students so we have to be prepared for it. I can say also that first week of school is cool because I adjust easily especially to my classmates. First week is fun and satisfying for me because I was able to join my chosen club and we have given a chance to choose our club. But it’s been a hot week for me; our room is like an oven toaster but the one thing I admired about the first week is even though our room is like an oven, it is clean and organized.  And because of that hot environment in our room sometimes, I’m annoyed and can’t focus on the topic that is being discussed. But then, I enjoyed listening to our teachers, they explain step by step but some of them teach so fast, so sometimes we’re not able to understand them.

                       First week is like first month, the days are so slow. And everybody’s looking forward to the weekend because of the homework. But then I realized that first week is very special day for me. First week is tiring but enjoying. Hot but we learned a lot. But for me it’s been a hard day’s night and I’ve been working like a dog and should be sleeping like a log.
